some are hidden on LSAC and appear after you filled out the app and are in your shopping cart, others are sent to you via mail or e-mail based on GPA or LSAT (usually around the time you get your score back)

I've never understood why people think that writing an all-cap OFFICIAL in the thread title actually makes the thread an "official" one.

Yeah, it doesn't. But I needed to think of a way to differentiate it from the other thread that didn't have the originally post being updated. "OFFICIAL" seemed better than "UPDATING AS WE RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION FROM A WIDE VARIETY OF PEOPLE."

You should put "2009-2010" in the thread title.

Question: If I start filling out an application on LSAC will the schools know this & not send me a waiver?

neskerdoo asked a very appropriate question in the "official" thread.

what's the point of the thread? either you get a fee waiver or you don't. if you do, then you'll know when you got it, if you don't then just eat the $70 app fee or don't apply.

Just as an FYI, last year we bolded the Top 50 schools for easy reference. It is useful considering the vast majority of TLS members are in fact looking at the top schools.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
