First off, there are about 10 or so City University of New York Colleges so need to be a little more specific. Baruch is also CUNY, and I'm guessing the latter is CUNY City College.

My school is a CUNY and has an abysmal 142 mean.

Sort of, because after they decide they aren't going to law school they go work at Bain, Mickinsey etc... Whereas those of us who go to law school are well, in law school. (I thought I was awesome for doing better than Harvard kids too until after 2L oci)
