UCR launches its re-modified plan for a new law school in the University of California system! A projected plan of growing to 675 students by 2010.

I heard it's opening soon?! Right after Irvine!

It's a minimum of 3 years away. The founding dean hasn't even been appointed yet...

I think UCR withdrew their proposal for the law school when UCI got approved and instead pushed their med school plans.

I'm glad they did this.

I think they revised their plans because of UCI. But they are still looking to establish it I believe, in addition to their medical school.
