GRE/GPA Splitter Help!

Post by septmcc » Wed Oct 03, 2018 8:00 am

Need advice! Took the GRE because im interested in a Phil PhD. Got a 166 V, 156 Q and 5 AWA. Definitely not the best for quant, but I haven't taken math in years and got really nervous and just froze. UGPA: 3.99. Im applying to schools like Columbia, Harvard, GT, UPenn. I got the GPA, but what do you guys think my chances are with that GRE ? I could retake, but its already getting into the cycle time wise, and the thought of retaking literally makes my throat close up, in terms of math. Should I just throw caution to the wind and see what happens and study for the LSAT for next cycle?

Thanks!
