What transcripts to send? What are my chances?

I took an online course over the summer to transfer 3 credits back to my current school to fulfill a major requirement. Do I need to send in the transcript for that course from the online program I did (even if I was given credit at my current school already?)?
Is a 3.777 overall GPA + 170 LSAT, along with a year of work experience and many extracurriculars, strong enough for T-10?
