Summer Matriculation Issue?

Post by orion » Wed Apr 25, 2018 10:09 pm

Hello everyone,
I am a current UC undergrad, and I will be "walking" in graduation next Spring. I need to take a couple classes in the summer after "graduating" spring, just to get the final units needed for graduation (taking random breadth courses). The Registrar said my degree might not post for several months. Will this hinder my matriculation if I'm accepted to attend a law school in the following fall?

Thank you!

I'd recommend calling a law school you may be interested in and asking. If your UC has a law school program, ask their admissions office. My guess would be that if you graduate before you start law school, it's okay.
