NJ UBE character & fitness question

Hi! I have a question about NJ character & fitness. I’m sitting for the July 2018 UBE in NY, but plan to transfer my score to NJ.

Does anyone know/have advice on when I should start my character & fitness for NJ since you have to do that before you sit for the bar? I’m wondering if I should do it now, or if I should wait since I’m technically sitting for the bar in NY. Any insight is helpful. Thanks in advance!
