Will this hurt me?

I recently got a new job and updated resume. When I sent my new resume to schools I accidentally attached an older version which had some formatting/spelling issues, etc. When I realized I immediately sent a follow up with the actual new resume and an apology.

It was an honest mistake, I had one file on the desktop and one in a folder, both saved under the same name. Do you think this will this negatively impact my application?

Thanks!

I did the same thing and still got into school I probably shouldn't have gotten into. You're fine.

You're screwed. Might as well pack it up and find a new career path.

Seriously here's probably what happens. The admin or student that monitors the email address to which you sent your application will probably check their email sometime soon and notice two emails from the same person, one with a panicky subject line. They'll realize that its one of probably hundreds that they get each year where something was screwed up on the first submission, and they'll put together your application package based on the new resume without even looking at the old one.
