Do you have to submit both LSAT and GRE?

If you took the LSAT and GRE do you have to submit both?

Say someone bombed the LSAT, then took the GRE and did well....can they just submit the GRE and the school not see the LSAT score?

(I know only a few schools accept GRE currently)
