If i took some courses for fun at a community college after bachelors, do I have to include those transcript?

Yes.

They won't be counted for your LSAC GPA, but if there's a transcript, you need to submit it.

Do community college courses I took in high school count towards the lsac gpa? I graduated with a 2.99 GPA in biochemistry from a top tier liberal arts college. If i include community college courses taken in high school it will be bumped up to a 3.1.

Yes. Every course for credit counts.
