Lsat addendum for 13 points increase?

They might. NYU also says they average your LSAT scores.

Admissions departments routinely make shit up when it comes to pretending that they don't place incredible emphasis on your reportable numbers. You can always write a two-sentence addendum if you want, but it's not going to make a difference if your reasons are "I didn't prepare well the first time, but this time I did."
