When to apply?

Post by cremdelacrem » Sun Jul 09, 2017 12:37 am

This has probably been discussed before but I can't seem to find it...

When do most people apply? Is it early September, as soon as apps open? Is mid-Oct too late to apply for T6 schools in terms of maximizing chances for getting in?

Any time before Thanksgiving is considered "early". If you really want to be in the first chunk of applicants, submitting in September/early October is probably your best bet, but be prepared to get a lot of emails letting you know that no one's looking at your application until sometime in mid-October (some schools look earlier, others don't).
