Does anyone know how much, if at all, it's actually easier to get into these schools if you are in-state

It's not easier to get in to UVA/W&M if you're not otherwise competitive. Be competitive first, then enjoy the comfort of the in-state bump. It's real for some, mostly negligible for most.

I'll be curious how W&M reacts with the slide in rankings.... will they adjust admissions for their 25%/75% for GPA and LSAT to be more in line with the top 25 schools?
