Well only one matters to US News rankings. So I imagine, all other things being equal, they would much prefer a 99th percentile LSAT over a 99th percentile GRE.

Sounds a little too good to be true. I'd expect a 340 on the GRE is easier to come by than a 180 on the LSAT, but would they be treated the same?

Such non-LSAT is capped at 10% of entering class, and must have 3.5+ gpa or top 10% of your undergrad class
