LORs from LS Profs?

I have had the opportunity to work with a few professors from the law school at my school in 1 credit hour classes with >5 people. Although I have had most of these professors for only one 1 credit hour class, the small class sizes have allowed me to get to know them fairly well - but I am concerned that it will look like I am just trying to find law professors that I hardly know to write me LORs.
Any opinions here? Is it better to get a LOR from an instructor that has led a couple large classes I have taken, even if I feel they know me less well than the Professor I had for a single 1 credit hour class?
