Missed Early Decision

Was planning on applying early decision to Penn Law but didn't get my letters of recommendation in time. Would adding an addendum saying that it is my number one choice and I would accept an offer be of any benefit?

Won't hurt, but consider yourself lucky. ED is a godawful decision when the school isn't offering a guaranteed scholarship with it.
