Updating transcript of senior first semester?

Post by Claire » Sun Jan 29, 2017 2:48 pm

Hi everybody. I am currently a junior and going to apply for law school this fall. I am wondering if updating my first semester GPA of senior year mandatory? Or will that affect my chances of admission (if it boost or lower my GPA about 0.01 or 0.02)? Thank you very much.

Depends on when you submit your apps, I submitted mine after December LSAT scores came out so I sent in my fall grades as well. I don't think a .01 or .02 bump really justifies waiting to submit your apps. If a school wants to see your fall grades, then they'll ask for them.

EDIT: No, it's not mandatory.
