Being at 25th GPA and 75th LSAT

Post by SouthCalLaw2016 » Wed Jan 04, 2017 10:50 pm

Just wondering as a general rule if you are exactly at or very close to last years 25th GPA percentile and 75th LSAT percentile for a school how likely are you to be admitted. Is it closer to a lock or 50/50? Since USNews only takes medians in account for rankings are the past year's percentiles pretty arbitrary when it comes to admissions? For what its worth, the main school I am considering applying to does not show up on mylsn.info for whatever reason.

For schools below T20, it's close to a lock.

It depends on the school. I was around the 25/75 for two schools. One I was WL'd, the other gave me a full-ride. Usually, its closer to a lock though
