Ideal Number of LORs?
What's the sweet spot? I hear 4 is too much.

2 seems like it's the standard. Maybe 3 if you really want but it's not necessary.

Quality matters more than quantity. 2 letters from profs/employers who know you really well is better than 4 that are mediocre.
