Adding a Diversity Statement

Postby LawMan16 » Mon Oct 31, 2016 2:04 pm

I applied ED to my top choice last Friday, but did not submit a diversity statement at the time. I am older than the average candidate, and have substantial BigLaw work experience - do you think emailing a statement speaking to that would do more harm than good at this point? I worry it would interfere with the review process, or make me look unprepared.

Thanks for any advice!

If you didn't feel the need to do it initially, I wouldn't worry about it.
