I applied ED to my top choice last Friday, but did not submit a diversity statement at the time. I am older than the average candidate, and have substantial BigLaw work experience - do you think emailing a statement speaking to that would do more harm than good at this point? I worry it would interfere with the review process, or make me look unprepared.
