Even if you get in, you should plan to pay sticker ($300k total cost of attendance).

In my view I don't think you should ED just because of your numbers. 164 and 3.85 are solid numbers for Georgetown, particularly your GPA, and this is not even taking into account your personal statement, resume, work experience, etc. I would say to think about it this way: if Georgetown is truly your first choice, and you don't care about financial aid, then ED can only help you. If you have even the slightest temptation of going to another school if they offered it to you, or if financial aid is significant factor to weigh, then I would stick to regular decision.
