Does your undergrad school matter, or is it just GPA?

I have a 4.0 from a semi-obscure (but accredited!), small university. When admitting potential law students, does your undergraduate school matter, or is it strictly GPA?

Strictly GPA, except for maybe a very, very, very, very, very, very few schools such as Princeton (GPA still wins, but Princeton will add context to a 3.7 vs. 4.0 from XYZ State)

This question has been asked a million times on TLS. Your undergrad school basically doesn't matter unless it's like Harvard, Yale, Princeton, or Stanford, and even then it's only a slight boost.
