Your application won't be looked at until it's complete; it won't be considered until that LSAT score gets to them. Considering that a February LSAT score won't be ready until the end of the month/beginning of March, you're not going to make the deadline for several T14 schools. You'll have to check each one to be sure, but I know Harvard's is Feb 1 and Columbia and NYU's are Feb 15. There are a couple that have March 1 or March 15 deadlines (Penn, I think) which you could make, but you definitely won't be eligible for all of them.

NYU does not accept the Feb LSAT. Neither does Stanford
