I have three basic ideas:
1) The time I blew the whistle on my influential, politically powerful employer who was doing hugely unethical things.
2) My experience doing hard, manual labor in a really dangerous neighborhood one summer during college. A "this is my work ethic" kind of deal, to show I do have one despite an abysmal GPA
3) The time I managed a huge crisis at work, which involved stolen vehicles, a police helicopter chase, and lots of moving parts to balance. (It was a very exciting day.) It would show my ability to manage a crisis and stay cool under pressure.
Which one of these sounds most promising?

The third one sounds like it could make for a fun read.
