ND all the way. This is a no-brainer. Don't take Duke at sticker.

Where else do you have offers? There has to be a middle-ground. Nobody is going to tell you to take sticker at Duke, but decent $$$ at a lower T-14 (Mich, NU,C,GT) would make more sense. All that being said...I would even consider Duke sticker over full at ND, that's just my opinion though, I suppose I'm less risk averse than most on this forum.

I'm still hearing back. UCLA told me they have a scholarship coming by way. But those are the only three offers I've gotten so far.

Have you gotten a scholarship decision yet from Duke? They do have a reputation for being generous.

Duke @ sticker is just a bad bet. Sounds like you've got a lot yet to hear from. Hard as it is, try to be patient and let your full cycle (acceptances + scholarships) come through before you force yourself into any decision logics.
