Courses Taken at a Foreign University and LSAC GPA

I completed 3 classes at a foreign university during a summer and I used two of the courses to fulfil the major requirement of home university.
But it was not a study abroad program sponsored/affiliated with my UG, I just directly applied to the institution and had the credits transferred.
So the grades do not show up in my UG transcript. If I have the institution send the transcript to LSAC, would LSAC count the grades toward LSDAS GPA?

No. They never seem to equate foreign grades with American grades.
