if you're not doing anything during a summer thats a good time to prep, compared to weekends if you have a full time job

During UG I don't think you study, read, go to class, etc. for 40 hours. If you're working you're going to have less time to prepare. Just more open time to focus on the test and prepare yourself.

Plus there's something to be said for being used to the study-practice-test cycle that college tends to follow.

Agree with taking it as early as you can be ready for it. All else equal, it can potentially be useful to have the information earlier, in terms of informing class selection decisions and employment decisions.

I personally have more time after work to study than I ever did in undergrad so I think it really just depends on your work load during undergrad
