OP take Cornell over Duke. Better BL placement, and thats all that should matter here. I met plenty of CA ppl at Cornell ASD. PM me if you want contact info. Please don't go to USC, that would be tragic for your numbers with a full ride at Cornell in hand. Paying Duke any money at all w your numbers is simply unjustifiable.

Based on what Duke has on their website it would be $107,000 with my current scholarship.

I'd be paying about $53,000 at Cornell according to COA on their website. That's roughly half of what I'd pay at Duke.
