Can schools see where I'm applying?

I've been getting recruiting emails from schools in the geographic area of schools I've applied to. Is this a coincidence or can all the law schools on LSAC see everywhere I've applied? I don't really like that idea.

Schools can't see where you've applied. That's why many of them ask you to list all the schools you are applying to on the application.

Piggyback question -- can schools see if you have withdrawn from other schools?

Not right now. After the first deposit deadline, schools have access to a list of people who have deposited at multiple schools.

Also I think if you send the FASFA to multiple schools simultaneously all schools on that FASFA submission can see all the others.

You don't have to. I left it blank on all my apps. They are mostly asking just for information gathering purposes.
