Question about Letters of Rec

Postby em01833 » Fri Jan 16, 2015 11:49 am

If I decide to wait until next cycle to apply, but I already have my letters of rec in place will I have to get new ones? I was thinking about trying to do some work in government and if I did I may get supervisors to write a letter or two, but I already have 1 from an academic adviser/former professor, 1 from a department chair/former professor, and 1 from an internship in DC

Are these letters just on the LSAC website or have you actually sent them to schools yet?

If the former then no you don't need any new ones because no one has actually seen those ones yet. If the latter, it will depend on the individual school's policy.
