To answer your questions, my opinion is:

1. If you plug your numbers into mylsn with your current LSAT and then your predicted retake, see how the scholarship money varies (and if you have the time, look into each of the LSN profiles linked because you can see specifically whether they received the named scholarship or not). I don't think it would make a substantial difference.

2. No.
