Reapplying: Are last year's letters of rec's ok?

I'm reapplying this year and I'm wondering if schools would mind if I used the same letters of recommendation for a consecutive year

Yes, but it s highly preferable that you tack a new one onto those.

It's fine to use them. Your academic recs don't expire - the things that your profs said in them are still true. If you have gotten more work experience this past year and are able to add a strong employer LOR, then do that. If you can't, then just make sure your PS and any additional essays are fresh and new.
