In undergrad one haloween I went out to a party and got very intoxicated. I returned with a friend to their dorm room, went up a flight of stairs to use the men's bathroom and forgot which room they were in. I went into a lounge and went to sleep on the couch. I was awakened by public safety officers who recognized I was overly intoxicated and they suggested I stay the night at the hospital to make sure I was okay. I complied and was brought to the hospital by ambulance.

I later met with the resident director at my dorm. At no time was I cited, ticketed, charged, or subjected to disclipinary action. I was not even required to complete any alcohol safety courses. The incident was about my safety not any kind of punishment.

Anyone have some advice? Thanks.

I think you'll be fine if there was no report filed/no paper-trail.

Good day - I am working on completing my C&F addendum and I thought I would ask here to see if anyone might know the answer before calling the school Admissions office.

The C&F question on my application reads:

Have you ever been a party to a civil lawsuit, other court proceeding, or government administrative action or proceeding?

I am inferring that I do not have to disclose criminal court proceedings where I was the victim. I believe this question is only addressing any court proceedings in which I was the Plaintiff or Defendant.

Please let me know if anyone else would interpret this to mean that I should report cases where I was the victim. I am also pretty confident that as a victim to a criminal court case that I have certain protection rights where I don't have to disclose.
