Pending App Decisions and LSAT sign-ups

Will schools that have waitlisted, accepted me, or have yet to give me a decision be immediately notified if I sign-up for the June LSAT?

And for schools I have yet to receive a decision from, will they delay my decision until my score comes back in early July?

Yes, schools will see that you have registered.
