LSAT Scores on Application Form

I know the schools will see all of my LSAT scores on the LSDAS report. However, on the application form itself, if it has a section for LSAT scores, do I report all of them there as well, or can I list only my highest score?

i'm pretty sure it tells you to list all your scores.
