Benchmark for C&F Issues

Postby grungy89 » Thu Dec 05, 2013 12:26 am

This is old enough to probably be well known, but read this....

http://abovethelaw.com/2011/09/new-tulane-1l-is-an-advocate-a-writer-and-a-murderer/

So if Tulane admits murderers, those of you who got caught smoking a doob in high school are probably fine.

Anyone remember that movie (maybe 2005?) "shattered glass" where hayden christian (very talented thespian) is a reporter who always unearths the most fantastic stories, only to find out that he had fabricated everything? I read that individual is currently appealing the California Bar's denial of his law license (his highly publicized scandal trw), but he went to Georgetown.

The person who wrote this sentence probably shouldn't be in law school:

Furthermore, it is of the opinion of this writer, as well as other students, the school was in the opinion that they would be hailed as being on the cutting edge of legal education, admitting convicted murderers (deemed as a “psychopathic master manipulator” by the state of Rhode Island) into their school, to be in close proximity not only with other law students, but also the undergraduates on campus.
