Here are my two charges. Two were dropped and the other two reduced. How should i disclose? I do not want to appear to have more than four charges.
Unlawful possession of marijuana 4/25/08
After being charged with these offenses I completed a rehabilitative course. I do not smoke marijuana
this was reduced from criminal possession
Disorderly Conduct 6/02/13
I was arrested for failing to stop for a police officer on a bike path. I have learned that I must identify and respond to police officers as a pedestrian.
this was reduced from resisting arrest.
Do I have to disclose what these convictions were reduced from?
I was also charged with trespassing which was dropped and no registration which was dropped. Would I have to disclose these two offenses?

Re: Character and fitness disclosure, dropped or reduced
I would error on the side of caution, as pretty much anyone else will tell you
I have recently been told (by a single school) that orientation before you begin classes will include an opportunity to amend any portion of your application including the C&F addenda. This one school told me that you will even get an opportunity to talk with the dean about what to include/omit. I would call the school and ask if they also afford this opportunity, if you have already been accepted.

Re: Character and fitness disclosure, dropped or reduced
As always with C/F, every school will have their own varying degree of required disclosure. You have to look at the specific language of the instruction provided. I wish I could help you more, but without knowing what each school needs, it's hard to give you a definitive answer here.
