Applying to part time and transfering to full time

Postby Boilerbunch » Fri Nov 15, 2013 4:09 am

Hi everybody this is my first post so go easy on me :p.

Anyways my questions regards applying to part - time programs with the aim of transferring to full-time programs of the same school. Besides the obvious benefit of slightly lowered admissions numbers, are there any other advantages to this? When you move over to full-time does it affect your chances to find a job or OCI's? How easy is even to make such a switch? Does any one have information using specific examples (IIT-Kent, Marquette, Michigan St, SLU)?

Thanks guys, even if you give me answers that I don't want to hear any information you have is very welcome.
