Finding the Best Online Courses for GPA Bump
Hey everyone,
I've been searching for the best online courses I can take to improve my GPA before graduation. I'd like to minimize effort while maximizing credits. Keeping cost low too is ideal, but a secondary priority. I've searched here and elsewhere for info and have read a lot about people doing it, but not at all about recommended places to do the courses. Can anyone please point me in the right direction here? If it helps at all, I'm in NYC.
It's unfortunate the system so strongly incentives this behavior.
Here is a previous thread I made with more information (not too relevant here) on my situation: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2&t=211920

Also interested in this. If there are cheap enough options, this isn't a bad idea.

100 level sociology all the way. At my local CC we had 4 week long classes 3 credits each.

Take what you're good at. If you can find 100-level courses of something you've already taken higher classes in, they'll be super easy.
I took freshman college algebra as an engineering super senior to bump my GPA over the cum laude threshold. I'm pretty sure I'd taken more math by that point in my academic career than the TA, who was an education major or something.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I'll look into CC options nearby. In your experience, is it tough finding courses that don't require attendance? Finding time is my biggest challenge for this.
