We must go to different Casinos, I've never had that problem.

At Rivers (in Pittsburgh), they have said to multiple people on multiple trips that they have to sell the drinks because of regulations. Maybe they lied. Seems like it would be in their best interest to do it, no?

I think this might be the rule at Rivers since they do not have a hotel attached. But I have also heard of this happening there.

PA definitely has regulations on giving away alcohol (and cigarettes and milk). How that plays at Casinos is beyond me. Here, on the east side of the state, I've been given a few free drinks while playing. Maybe they just don't care?
