Transfer clause on scholarship

Post by john1990 » Thu Oct 10, 2013 2:51 am

My scholarship says that it must be repaid in the event that I transfer. Has anyone ever heard of an offer like this before?

What?! I've never heard of that. Is it a T1 school?

I'm not sure how "safe" it could be. I've heard of some schools doing this. Even TT schools have onerous terms on their scholarships.

No, he doesn't. John1990's story is endlessly elastic.

Based on post history, it's either Pace or Cal Western.

Oh, cool.

Cause in this thread: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2&t=216265 you say it's your personal highest, not an official score. And that was only a month ago, so I don't think you've gotten an official 170 since. This is that endless elasticity I was talking about. At one point you were going to Emory. Then you were going to W&L. Now you have to start at a TTTT in the spring semester because _____. Got it.

Just take a walk through John's post history.
