Anyone else hear from him today? Mine only lasted six and a half minutes and he didn't even ask me if i had any questions. Is that a bad sign? I felt alright about it though, and we talked a little about the New Hampshire primary. Curious to hear who else heard from him since the New Year and when I should expect to hear back.

haha, if it makes you feel any better, mine was exactly 5 minutes, not a second longer. He didn't ask me if I had any questions either. (my call was before new year's)
I'm hoping for late this week or early next week for acceptance calls.

I don't think a call from TS is ever a bad sign, even if it was short and he didn't ask if you have any questions. I presume he's making tons of calls now so he doesn't have time to talk too long. Just be happy that you got the call.

It was right before Christmas. So it feels like an eternity, but wasn't really, since they were off on break.

He called me and I put him on hold while Judge Mathis made his verdict.

What is in this mythical binder? I am curious how there can be enough things I need to know about Harvard to fill a binder.

You know that glowing stuff in the briefcase in "Pulp Fiction?" Well, HLS photocopied it and provides it to admits in a binder.

Ah, I'm not going to ruin the surprise. But it's a very nice binder. The admit weekends are March 16-17 and April 11-12.

Heheh, you should show up and demand to know why Toby thinks he's too good to call you (if indeed he hasn't called you).

Eh, I'm not applying til next year, but that would make it all the better. "Why haven't you preemptively called me to beg for my application?! What Toby, was the other night not as special as you made me believe?"

If I didn't get a TS2 today (my interview was before Christmas), should I take it as a deferral?

Nope, he probably has a hundred or so ts2's to make, as well as this weeks new ts1's. Don't worry yet.

Has he ever done acceptances over the course of two days though in the past?
