It seriously only has enough room to list the titles, no years, business names, nothing. Same goes for listing positions held and organizations, and honors/awards. There's practically no room!

Don't worry about it. Just put what will fit. Adcomms aren't going to look at your application and think you're an idiot because an online form has formatting problems.
