Less challenging course load senior year?

Not sure if it matters but some quick background: I go to one of the larger state universities in the Southeast and my GPA is 3.81. Currently studying to take the LSAT either this December or more likely waiting until next app cycle and just taking it in June 2014.
Anyways, I was wondering how law schools view taking a lighter workload during senior year? Rather than taking classes only designated for my major/minor like I have in years past I'm currently taking a freshman science course, and an online course in "Food and Culture" (lolz), in addition to two courses for my major.
How poorly will this reflect on me and should I avoid doing it come spring?
