Texas' class size on the first day of orientation was 322. No mention of medians.

...just doin' my part.
I went to CLS one day and thought I left NYC. The village is the best place ever. If the schools were in opposite areas, I'm pretty sure it would be like a 174/165 median LSAT distribution in favor of CLS.

Don't worry though, you can come join me in 3 years

also I hope NYLS dies.
My gf goes to school at NYU; I was down there several days last week. We're both glad we're living in Morningside; the village is awesome, truly, but its claustrophobic and insane. I would be pretty overwhelmed in that environment.. I suppose its a personality thing, but the relative quiet and seclusion of the Columbia campus and the upper west location is actually a positive for a lot of students
I'm with bagelboy (but of course I would be, because we're both uptown). Morningside is meh for me, but the Village was a big minus. Part of why I turned down $25k there and jumped at lolsticker here (along with the fact that I'm a shameless preftige whore). Below Central Park it gets uncomfortably busy for me--it's the only place in the world I feel claustrophobic outdoors. Morningside feels a little more suburban, but I sort of like that. I mean, people didn't get shot two blocks away from my house in the suburbs, but whatever.

Chapman law has posted their data (I don't want to screw the table up so i wont try adding it)

http://www.chapman.edu/law/about/student-profile.aspx

HUGE drop in applications for them, but they did hold their LSAT scores (had a pretty significant drop in GPA though)

and here is Mcgeorge(unsure if this should be counted at 130 students or 280...)

Michigan posted more entering class info, for those into that type of thing.

Oh god, sorry for that oversight, I was confused as to why the part-time class was so much larger. I didn't realize that was how many applications they had haha.

Cornell is in the spreadsheet.

And I don't know who put those UMN numbers in the spreadsheet, but it looks like those are the c/o 2015 numbers.

Bama has still released no word on LSAT.

I know GPA went up but they didn't give us exact numbers.

Class is at 147 or 148. They said 147 at Orientation but the directory for students says 148. Either way it's a slight drop.

Can someone link the raw data USNWR component table again? (I can't find it) I'm curious to see if NYU would be in any danger of sharing sixth, because my first instinct was that the other bullshit would hold them up. After all, both Penn and UVA had Stanford's medians for a while but couldn't sniff them, and Michigan has been behind Duke and Northwestern in every category I can think of except the all-important "reputational scores given by some 65-year old not-involved-in-hiring partner based entirely on the reputations of those schools in 1972" metric.
This could be what your looking for, http://www.tomwbell.com/images/USNews'1 ... Scores.gif and remember the metrics are being changed this year so this could add to shifts in USNWR in the coming year, http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 3#p6912933 .
Does anyone with a magnifying glass know what the second to last category is? Obviously they are sorted left to right by weight so I could reverse engineer what it is, but I thought I would ask and observe that Yale's getting a free six hundredths of a percent on that one... Yale's at 0.07, and no one else is even close.
I think that category may be "Is Yale."

(Note: Columbia correctly receives the second-highest score in the category of "Is Yale.")

It looks like "Fin$/Stu x 1.5%". So financial aid per student, times a weighting factor of 1.5%?

Crazy how big some of these median drops have been at non-T14s. Not unexpected obviously, but still crazy to actually see.

Take a colossal dive (dump?) and then also raise class size?

UC HasTTTTings. It's incredible how just sitting out one cycle, I've gone from median to 75th percentile for this school.

I think the increase in class size was necessary to maintain operating expenses. It's crazy to think that Hastings' median LSAT has fallen five points in three years, though not entirely unexpected given the state of things.

OP in this thread says UVa class is smaller this year; Spreadsheet says it's bigger. Which is correct?
