And you definitely won't get in anywhere if you insist on blaming the cop instead of taking responsibility for your actions, unless the cop robbing and drugging you is actually in the public record of the incident.

That said, they've let murderers in before to law school. So manslaughter isnt insurmountable. The real trick for you would be passing character and fitness for the bar. So even if you did go to law school there is a good chance you would not be allowed to practice law. It would depend on a lot of factors we aren't really able to asses over the Internet generally, much less with the amount of data we have here.

There's no way that a convicted manslaughter criminal came on this forum to get law school advice. Even less likely that the same person would name themselves after the hilariously educational John Green.

... But still I would like to hear what ever was left out of that story. Like, how did you end up hitting him with your car if he drugged you? You searched him out and smashed into him? Why does wearing a seatbelt matter (as in, was he driving or was he just parked?). How did he drug you? Why are you trying to become a lawyer when you won't be getting a JD until you are at least in your 50s? You just want to have debt, literally for the rest of your life, for the seemingly unlikely chance that you are able to actually practice law for the next 10 to 15 years?

What state were you convicted in? 30 years is only possible in a certain number of states. And you were convicted as a minor. Being drugged, underaged would certainly lend itself to mitigation of the maximum sentence length.

I wouldn't troll about the death (be it fictitious or not) of another person. That is sadistic and lends more to your true character than if this had really occurred.

I was buying marijuana and the guy took my money and drove away. I followed him and hit him from behind causing him to hit a pole. I had no intention of killing him or any idea that i could kill him or that he was a police officer.

I'm not saying criminal defendants don't get screwed over, because they do. But whether they think they've been screwed over often has very little to do with whether they actually have.
