I just read in the Anna Ivey book and I'm a little confused because she mentions something about having to send multiple letters of rec to LSAC if I'm applying to multiple schools, so I decided to ask for TLS wisdom to settle this confusion once and for all.
If I want to send a general letter of recommendation to all the law schools I'm applying to:
- My recommenders just have to send one copy of their letter to LSAC, right? Regardless of whether they use email or snail mail to do it, LSAC will process them and send them to the law schools that I choose to send them to, correct?
If I want to send a specific letter of recommendation to a certain law school:
- My recommenders have to send separate letters for each specific school to LSAC, and I have to designate those letters accordingly on my LSAC account so that I can identify them and send them to the right schools, correct?
(Applications Advice, Letters of Recommendation . . . )
