I want to submit my app as early as I can but I also don't want H's admissions office to not notice the retake because it arrives separately.
They won't consider your application complete until that score comes out (the October registration, if you're registered at the time of application, should show on your LSAT report). So there's a marginal advantage to applying now without seeing that score - you'll jump ahead of everyone else who waits until the score comes out to click "Send". But that number's a lot smaller than you'd think, and it's a risk to send it out without knowing the score.
