Cool I got Duke unsolicited today and they said I can apply on priority track and they will give me a non binding decision within 10 days of application going complete. Sweet, i wonder if they will offer scholarship money decisions at the same time if admitted!

I have to be honest guys but this might be the first time in my life that I have been glad to be black. I'm a 3.6/161 and I'm getting all sorts of t-14 love citing my "academic achievements." Yea right!

I also got Duke. Plus I got BU today.

Earlier this week, I got UVA, UCLA, Colorado (again), Ohio State, W&L, Richmond, W&M and a number of other TTT's.

Duke unsolicited waiver + PT. I hadn't planned on applying to Duke, but if it's PT and waivered it might be worth the CAS fee for a quick response. At what schools would Duke be helpful in negotiating scholarships?

Is receiving priority track considered to be a good sign as far as the admissions decision is concerned?

Got BU and Duke at the same time as well, no PT though. Wasn't planning on applying since I'm essentially an auto-reject at Duke, but might as well give it a shot.

The short answer seems to be yes. I think I saw somewhere that ~70% of these applicants are admitted. The remainder go to "Priority Reserve" where there is some anecdotal evidence that a LOCI stating Why Duke can really increase chances of eventual admission.

Has anyone actually been reading the body of TTT waiver emails? Some are borderline insulting:

"Brooklyn Law School ... because a student with a future like yours deserves a school with a history like ours."

Unsolicited BU and Duke PT. It's cool that you can use the Duke PT all the way until Feb.
