Would a non-recorded grade affect my application?

Postby taks7 » Tue Jun 18, 2013 3:20 pm

Hey all, looking for some advice here.

I am contemplating taking an additional class this term to gain an extra credit. My college provides the option of a NRO, where you can set a grade for the course: if you get that grade, it counts on your transcript; if you get less than that grade, it appears only as not-recorded.

If I do not achieve the grade I set for the course and have a NR, would it at all affect my application?

Thanks! I greatly appreciate any responses!

If it doesn't count towards your GPA, don't worry about it.
